This quilt is called Interlude and will be taught by Barbara. She said that anyone that can sew a good 1/4 inch seam can make this quilt, so great for a confident beginner to someone that has been quilting for years. It is made by slicing into a large square and adding long strips between, slicing it the other way and inserting more strips. That way it looks like you used lots of small pieces but didn't. I still can't figure out how it then all lines up but I am intrigued by the pattern and love the way her sample turned out. Batiks are always my favorite!
I like how the lines seem to weave together. Great pattern. You should have a full classroom with this class. You didn't say date/time... Sandi
